The Office of the President has disclosed that a total of 808 personnel were employed at the Presidency as of December 31, 2025, according to its latest Annual Report on staffing positions.

The report, prepared in line with Section 11 of the Presidential Office Act, 1993 (Act 463), provides a detailed account of the workforce supporting operations at Jubilee House and other presidential facilities.

Of the total workforce, 575 are civil and public service employees, while 233 are political appointees serving in various capacities within the Presidency.

The political appointees include four Ministers of State at the Presidency, 39 political staffers, and 190 other appointees comprising presidential advisors, technical coordinators, executive assistants, regional political coordinators, legal advisors and drivers.

The report further indicates that the civil service component consists of 390 officers working across administrative, executive, records management, procurement, audit, research, information technology and other specialized departments.

A significant portion of the civil service workforce is made up of household and operational staff responsible for the day-to-day running of presidential facilities.
