SeamlessHR rebrands as Seamless Technologies to expand beyond HR solutions

African human resources technology company SeamlessHR has rebranded as Seamless Technologies as it seeks to expand its operations into artificial intelligence, automation and other technology-driven solutions.

The rebranding marks a shift in the company’s strategic direction, with the firm moving beyond its traditional focus on human resources management to develop technology solutions for businesses, governments and individuals.

Seamless Technologies said its new focus will centre on the development of AI-powered tools designed to improve productivity, decision-making and the delivery of services across Africa.

The company plans to apply artificial intelligence and automation to areas including workforce management, business operations and personal productivity.

Among the solutions being developed are AI-enabled systems for recruitment, payroll, attendance and employee performance management, as well as predictive analytics to help organisations anticipate workforce needs.

The company also intends to develop personalised learning platforms aimed at helping employees acquire new skills and align their professional development with organisational needs.

Beyond human resources, Seamless Technologies is targeting business automation through tools such as AI chatbots, virtual assistants and data-driven systems to support decision-making.

The firm said it is also exploring the use of emerging technologies, including blockchain and the Internet of Things, in areas such as secure document management and real-time operational monitoring.

Its broader vision includes the development of digital tools for individuals, smart city applications and technology solutions aimed at improving public service delivery.

Ghana is expected to serve as a strategic base for the company’s expansion, given the country’s growing technology ecosystem, digital adoption and position as a regional economic hub.

Through its operations in Ghana, Seamless Technologies plans to collaborate with local businesses, technology companies, universities and government agencies to promote innovation and digital transformation.

The company also expects its expansion to create opportunities in areas such as software development, artificial intelligence research and digital transformation.

Seamless Technologies said the rebranding reflects its ambition to become a broader technology company capable of delivering scalable digital solutions to meet Africa’s evolving economic and social needs.
