You are one of the passionate and intelligent personalities who added value to the development of our domestic football, especially when soccer was perceived as a lucrative venture.
Your chair at the Ghana Football Association secretariat can’t be forgotten or ignored regardless.
We witnessed the high standard of football leadership under former GFA supremo,Nana Sam Brew butler, and his Veep,Lepowura,Alhaji Nurudeen Jawula of blessed memory before the combination of Alhaji Jawula and Ade Coker was introduced to Ghana football.
Ade Coker,your leadership style,charisma, human relations, smartness, and crisis management skills can’t be forgotten or overemphasized.
You were part of the great personalities who saw the development of the Forex Bureau industry in Ghana.Your indelible mark can’t be erased in that business environment.
As a politician,the records are there for you to be remembered, appreciated, celebrated, and honoured in Greater Accra and the country at large.
The NDC, as a strong political party ,now in government under president JDM, knew what you did before,during, and after the 2024 general elections.
Mr. Joseph Kobina Ade Coker, so you appeared live on TV,almost vetting of all government appointees who appeared before the appointment committee in Parliament to goodbye your loved ones and admirers….
I am grateful to you for what you’ve done to me as a young sports journalist in the late 90s and also all the guidance and support you offered me politically.Your last interaction with me kept me humble,discipline resilience,faithful, prayerful and patience. “Amin,calm down your nerves,your time shall come regarding appointment.Please don’t be hasty.” Said Ade Coker.
