In a glowing celebration that blended music, gratitude, and the spirit of giving, Ghana Post on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, held its maiden Christmas Carols Service an inspiring new addition to the institution’s evolving corporate culture. The event marked a symbolic moment of renewal for the national postal service, reflecting its commitment to serving Ghanaians with warmth, speed, and reliability during the festive season and beyond.
The beautifully decorated venue alive with choral harmonies, candlelight, and heartfelt readings brought together staff, partners, and key stakeholders. For many, the gathering was more than an end of year ceremony; it was a moment of collective reflection after a year of growth, restructuring, and transformation.
The highlight of the occasion was the unveiling of Ghana Post’s new festive initiative, “Delivering Joy to Your Door.”
Designed to enhance customer experience during the busy holiday season, the campaign emphasizes efficiency, reliability, and human connection qualities the company says are now central to its renewed operational focus.
“We want to bring joy to your doorstep. This season, we are delivering with more efficiency, more speed, and more care.”
Speaking at the launch, the Managing Director of Ghana Post, Madam Rita Sraha, described the initiative as a heartfelt gift to Ghanaians. She emphasized that the campaign reflects the corporation’s promise to deliver not only parcels, but also joy, hope, and togetherness during the Christmas season.
This year marks the first time Ghana Post has paired its corporate carols service with an internal competition among departments and units an effort aimed at strengthening teamwork and energizing staff ahead of the high volume festive period.
The “Delivering Joy” campaign invites individuals, families, retailers, SMEs, and major corporate institutions to entrust their festive deliveries to Ghana Post including hampers, books, gifts, corporate packages, and school donations.
“If you have something to send a hamper, a book, gifts for schoolchildren or relatives bring it to Ghana Post. We will deliver with love and professionalism.”
Madam Sraha noted that motorbike couriers and delivery teams are already preparing for brisk operations in December. Discretionary discounts and appreciation packages will also be offered to select customers as part of Ghana Post’s loyalty efforts.
The Managing Director also used the occasion to caution the public against fraudulent websites posing as Ghana Post.
“The only trustworthy link is our official website, www.ghanapost.com. Please do not fall for scams. Ghana Post is reliable, and we will continue to deliver.”
Reflecting on the company’s performance in 2025, Madam Sraha revealed that Ghana Post has processed over 80,000 passports under its passport delivery service a milestone which, according to her, demonstrates the organisation’s enhanced technical capacity and readiness for large scale logistics operations.
She assured the media and the public that Ghana Post will continue to share data on delivery volumes and customer engagement as part of the transparency integrated into the “Delivering Joy” initiative.
Closing her remarks, the Managing Director extended warm wishes to all Ghanaians:
“Keep giving. Keep believing. And allow Ghana Post to help you deliver joy to the people who matter to you.”
As the Christmas season approaches, Ghana Post stands ready not only as a logistics provider, but as a messenger of hope, unity, and heartfelt service committing to place joy at the centre of every delivery.
