The Commission’s efforts were designed to ensure that utility companies remain accountable and responsive to the needs of consumers.
With a growing commitment to consumer protection and effective regulatory practices, the Bono office continues to play a pivotal role in fostering a better relationship between utility providers and their customers, ensuring that both service quality and customer satisfaction are prioritized.
