Appolonia City has reinforced its corporate social responsibility commitment by donating funds to the Appolonia Methodist Lay Mission to advance community development initiatives in the Kpone Katamanso area.
The donation, presented during the Mission’s annual general meeting, will help sustain social outreach programmes and development projects that directly impact both the congregation and the wider Appolonia community.
Mr. Daniel Tetteh, Board Chairman of Appolonia City, highlighted that the initiative is part of the company’s broader vision of inclusive and sustainable urban development. “Our partnership with community-based institutions reflects Appolonia City’s commitment not only to real estate development but to the socio-economic, cultural, and spiritual well-being of our people,” he noted.
He was joined by Mr. Perminas Marisi, Country Head for Rendeavour Ghana and Managing Director of Appolonia City, who reiterated the company’s focus on aligning infrastructure growth with community needs.
The Methodist Lay Mission leaders praised the support as timely, stressing that such partnerships empower the church to deepen its social impact.
Member of Parliament for Kpone Katamanso, Hon. Joseph Akuerteh Tetteh, also commended Appolonia City, describing it as a model of public-private partnership. “Appolonia City stands as a benchmark for inclusive and sustainable urban development in Ghana,” he remarked, pledging continued collaboration to attract more investment into the constituency.
This donation builds on Appolonia City’s wider CSR footprint, which has already seen investments in education, healthcare, and infrastructure, reinforcing its image as more than a real estate project — but a catalyst for holistic community transformation.
