Ghana’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has officially opened the 2025 admissions cycle for nursing and public health training institutions, calling on qualified individuals to seize the opportunity to pursue a career in healthcare.
The application process, which is being conducted entirely online via register.healthtraining.gov.gh, covers a wide range of programmes including General Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health Nursing, and various other public health disciplines.
In a bid to streamline the application process and promote equitable access, the MoH has emphasized the ease and transparency of the online system, which has been optimized for users across all regions of the country.
“The portal is designed to be accessible and straightforward,” officials stated. “We want to ensure that all interested applicants, regardless of location, have a fair and efficient means of applying.”
Prospective students are urged to review the application guidelines thoroughly and ensure that all necessary documentation is uploaded accurately and on time to avoid disqualification.
This annual intake serves as a crucial pipeline for Ghana’s healthcare sector, which continues to expand in response to national needs in maternal health, infectious disease control, community outreach, and digital health services.
For additional support or inquiries, applicants are encouraged to consult the Ministry’s official website or reach out through recognized communication channels.
