Ngleshie Adanse Division of Chorkor has refuted pressers peddled by Nii Kotei a.k.a. Nii Abiala II, (Woleiatse) and Emmanuel Adotey Addo (Shitse) for formenting troubles in the community.
At a news conference in Accra, the Spokeperson for the Ngleshie Adanse Division, Mr. Mahmood Nii Lante Bill said the two has no traditional authority to represent the community and it’s environs under the Ngleshie Adanse Division.
According to him, fervent preparanous have long been put in place to nominate, enstool and outdoor a chief and his traditional officers for the community within the shortest possible time by the elders of community and Lante Royal family in a grand ceremony.
He however urged elders in the community to collectively join hands and resources to expose any nefarous and cladestine activies of persons to dis-organized the unity and peace the community have enjoyed over the years.
“Disregard any pressers, videos, interviews by any group of persons purported to be ancestors of the community”, he said, adding that they are just desperate entites struggling for recognition and survival in the community.
He said elders of Ngleshie Adanse Division in collaboration with Nii Okunka II, Chorkor Dzasetse and his council will continue to address these challenges and provide the community with a befitting traditonal leadership.
For his part, the Chorkor Dzasetse, Nii Okunka II said he administers as the (King Maker) of the community and does nto recognised persons who operates outside his jurisdiction, saying his doors are always opened for all to verify issues concerning the community and it’s environs.
