Logistics manager to Nigerian music star Davido, Israel Afeare, popularly known as Israel DMW, has responded strongly after reality TV star and BBNaija Season 7 winner Ijeoma Otabor, known as Phyna, made comments questioning his manhood during a heated online exchange.
The clash reportedly escalated after Phyna revived her public disagreement with social media commentator VeryDarkMan over issues relating to her late sister. In the course of the argument, she accused him of attempting to take advantage of her emotional state following her loss, while also alleging he made sexual advances toward her—claims she supported with screenshots of their chats.
Israel DMW later joined the conversation in the comment section, where he made remarks that were widely criticised by social media users.
Following his comments, Phyna responded by insulting him, alleging he was 52 years old and suggesting he was unable to have children.
In a swift rebuttal posted on his Instagram page, Israel DMW dismissed the claims, insisting his decision to have children only within marriage was being misrepresented and unfairly used against him.
He further shared Phyna’s photo while defending himself and expressing frustration over the personal nature of the attacks, escalating the already heated online exchange that has since generated significant attention on social media.
