JOBerg Ghana Limited has committed GH¢2.25 million to support education infrastructure in the Ketu North Municipality through a partnership with Ghana Education Trust Fund.
The donation will fund the construction of a six-unit classroom block and a six-seater toilet facility for Afife Roman Catholic Primary School.
The project is being implemented under GETFund’s Education Finance and Partnership Initiative (EFPI), which seeks to attract private-sector investment to help bridge infrastructure gaps in public schools.
According to a statement from GETFund, the new classroom block will expand learning space and provide a safer environment for pupils, while the toilet facility is expected to improve sanitation and hygiene standards at the school.
Chief Executive Officer of JOBerg Ghana Limited, Mr Joseph Magnus Martey Marteye, said the company remained committed to giving back to society and viewed investment in education as a lasting contribution to national development.
He noted that supporting the education of young Ghanaians was one of the most meaningful legacies businesses could leave behind.
Receiving the donation, Paul Adjei highlighted the importance of stronger collaboration between corporate institutions and GETFund in improving school infrastructure across the country.
