Ghanaian dancehall artiste Stonebwoy has stirred conversations on social media after suggesting that two unnamed individuals are maintaining a friendship based on personal interest rather than genuine loyalty.
In a post shared on X in the early hours of May 30, 2026, the “Jejereje” hitmaker described the relationship between the pair as insincere, referring to it as a “convenient friendship.”
“These two guys have been faking to each other based on interests and timing. Convenient friendship. Even the devil hates that,” he wrote.
Although Stonebwoy did not mention any names, his comments quickly attracted speculation within entertainment circles, with some social media users linking the message to fellow musicians Shatta Wale and Sarkodie.
The speculation comes shortly after Shatta Wale and Sarkodie were seen together in the United Kingdom, where they reportedly appeared at Kweku Smoke’s concert in Brixton on May 29, 2026.
Despite the growing online debate, Stonebwoy has not issued any clarification or further comment on the post, leaving the message open to interpretation.
