Prophet Eric Oduro, General Overseer of the No Weapon Righteous Ministry, has urged Ghanaians—especially Christians—to channel their faith into action by uniting for national progress and development.
Addressing congregants and journalists at an Easter Convention held in Kwaso, Prophet Oduro emphasized that national growth is not the sole responsibility of government, but a shared mandate that requires cooperation, selflessness, and active participation from all citizens.
He called on Christians across the country to allow the message of Christ’s resurrection to transcend beyond the church pews and positively transform their communities.
“Easter is not just a celebration—it’s a powerful reminder of the kind of love, sacrifice, and responsibility we must show in our daily lives,” he said. “Let our faith inspire us to be solution-bearers, peace-makers, and community builders.”
Prophet Oduro stressed that when believers live authentically by the teachings of Christ—demonstrating love, compassion, and integrity—they not only glorify God but also serve as compelling role models for society.
He called on Christians to let their lives serve as “living sermons,” helping attract non-believers to the faith through visible acts of kindness, social responsibility, and moral leadership.
“As we celebrate Easter, let us reflect on how we can contribute to Ghana’s development—not only spiritually, but socially and economically. Every citizen has a role to play,” he concluded.
The Easter Convention also highlighted themes of unity, civic responsibility, and the urgent need for faith-driven leadership in addressing societal challenges.
