The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), Mr Simon Madjie (Esq), has reiterated the need for strategic partnerships to attract investment into Ghana’s real estate and property sector.
Speaking during a meeting with the Managing Director of the State Housing Company (SHC), Mr. John Sheriff Bawah, GIPC Boss highlighted the importance of fostering alliances that would drive infrastructure development and create sustainable housing solutions.
He emphasized that investment missions play a crucial role in showcasing Ghana’s real estate potential to both local and international investors.
For his part, Mr. Bawah assured that SHC remains committed to enhancing its property development services and positioning itself as a reliable partner for investors.
He encouraged GIPC to leverage the expertise of SHC in advancing real estate projects, emphasizing the company’s role as the leading state-owned developer.
