In a bid to improve convenience and service efficiency, the National Identification Authority (NIA) has announced the relocation of its Premium Registration Centre from the Authority’s Head Office at Shiashie to a more accessible location at the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council (RCC), Legon City Campus.
The new centre, located at GA-076-0326, will begin operations on Monday, May 5, 2025.
This strategic move is part of ongoing efforts by the NIA to enhance the quality of service delivery for Ghanaians seeking premium Ghana Card registration and associated services. The new site is expected to offer improved space, infrastructure, and ease of access for clients.
“The relocation is aimed at ensuring a smoother and more efficient registration experience,” the Authority said in a public notice.
The NIA has advised all individuals intending to access premium services to take note of the new location and make the necessary adjustments to their travel plans from the effective date.
The move comes amid increasing demand for the Ghana Card for use in banking, voting, and accessing government services, making accessibility to NIA services more important than ever.
