The leadership of GOIL PLC has intensified engagement with its distribution network as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration and consolidate the company’s market position.
Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Edward Abambire Bawa, met with more than 200 dealers and stakeholders drawn from the South, Southeast (Accra) and Tema operational zones to review performance and align on future growth strategies.
The meeting created a platform for open dialogue between management and dealers, allowing participants to assess operational challenges while reinforcing the company’s strategic direction.
Mr. Bawa praised staff and the marketing team for their dedication, describing their efforts as central to GOIL’s recent progress in regaining its competitive standing within Ghana’s petroleum downstream sector.
He noted that although the company has made notable gains, the next phase of its development will prioritise service excellence, efficiency, and stronger customer experience across all operational areas.
Dealers at the engagement welcomed the interaction and expressed confidence in the leadership of the company, commending management and the Board for what they described as steady and focused direction.
They also pledged continued support for the company’s growth agenda as GOIL works to strengthen its presence in an increasingly competitive energy market.
