The stage is set for the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025, as organisers roll out a new digital platform — the YALLA App — designed to streamline fan engagement, ticketing, and travel processes for Africa’s most anticipated football tournament.
The Local Organizing Committee announced that fans will now be required to obtain a Fan ID through the YALLA App before purchasing tickets or applying for travel documents such as the electronic visa (E-visa/AEVM) to Morocco. The initiative marks a major step in CAF’s digital transformation agenda, aimed at enhancing safety, accessibility, and convenience for supporters across the globe.
According to organisers, each Fan ID will permit only one ticket purchase per match, a measure intended to ensure fairness and curb ticket scalping. The app also serves as an all-in-one digital gateway connecting fans to match schedules, stadium access, and event updates.
Ticket sales officially open on Monday, October 13, 2025, beginning with an exclusive 48-hour pre-sale window for Visa cardholders. During this period, Visa users will enjoy priority access before ticket sales open to the general public on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
CAF and the Local Organizing Committee say the combination of the pre-sale incentive and the new YALLA digital ecosystem underscores their commitment to offering “a connected, secure, and inclusive experience” for fans.
The TotalEnergies CAF AFCON Morocco 2025 — themed as Africa’s Greatest Show — will run from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026, bringing together the continent’s best teams and millions of passionate supporters.
As excitement builds, fans are being encouraged to download the YALLA App early and complete their Fan ID registration to avoid missing out on what promises to be a historic football spectacle.
