Atta Issah, Member of Parliament for Sagnarigu, has been recognised for his contributions to community development and human capital advancement, receiving a national award for his impact.
The honour, conferred by the World Diplomatic Federation, highlights his efforts in improving infrastructure, promoting education, and empowering young people within his constituency.
Presenting the award in Accra, Superintendent General Isaac Rockson commended the MP’s results-driven leadership style, noting that his initiatives have contributed to tangible progress and long-term development in Sagnarigu.
The recognition adds to Mr Issah’s growing profile, following his earlier distinction as Northern Regional MP of the Year 2025—an assessment conducted by governance and research institutions.
In his response, Mr Issah expressed appreciation for the honour, attributing his achievements to the support of his constituents and his commitment to public service.
He also acknowledged the broader role of the governing National Democratic Congress administration, led by John Dramani Mahama, in enabling development-focused policies.
The award underscores ongoing efforts to recognise leadership that prioritises sustainable development and the growth of human capital at the constituency level.
