Tema West Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) nominee, Mr. Ludwig Teye Totimeh, has begun forging strategic alliances even before his official confirmation, paying a courtesy visit to Mr. Courage K. M. Nunekpeku, Managing Director of TDC Ghana Limited.
During the meeting, held at the TDC headquarters, Mr. Totimeh emphasized his strong commitment to driving transformational development across Tema West. He outlined key priorities such as infrastructure enhancement, job creation, environmental management, and empowering local businesses as part of his agenda to elevate the municipality.
Acknowledging the critical role TDC plays in Tema’s urban planning and development, the MCE nominee stressed the need for close collaboration between the municipality and TDC. “Our shared goals require teamwork. I look forward to partnering with TDC and all stakeholders to build a more sustainable and prosperous Tema West,” he stated.
Mr. Nunekpeku, on his part, warmly congratulated Mr. Totimeh on his nomination and expressed optimism about his upcoming confirmation by the Tema West Municipal Assembly (TWMA). He reaffirmed TDC’s commitment to working hand-in-hand with the municipal leadership to realize a modern, clean, and vibrant Tema.
Both parties agreed that strong institutional cooperation would be vital in achieving a shared vision for the municipality’s future.
