President John Dramani Mahama has reassured Ghanaians that Vice President Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang is recovering well after her health scare in late March.
Speaking at the launch of the nationwide sanitary pad distribution initiative on April 24, Mahama conveyed the Vice President’s greetings, confirming she is in good spirits and resting as advised by doctors.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang began a three-week medical leave for recovery on April 7, 2025, with plans for further evaluation abroad.
